1. Your drawings, built as intended
We start from your moodboard, specification or shop drawings and confirm materials, finishes and dimensions before production begins. Samples and prototypes are approved by you first, so the bulk order matches what you specified.
2. The right factory for each item
Furniture, lightings, rugs, artwork and fixtures are each made best by different manufacturers. We match every item to the factory suited to its category, finish level and quantity, so you do not have to find and vet them yourself.
3. Quality checked on your side, From raw material to loading container
Inspection is done by us, not by the factory being inspected. We check during production and before packing, and report back with photos. Third-party inspection can be arranged for projects in mainland China.
4. A schedule you can plan around
We track production against your site programme and flag delays early, so installation dates are not a surprise. Packing, shipping and delivery are coordinated with your freight forwarder or ours.
5. One point of contact, Clear communication
One project manager, one schedule, one set of updates. We coordinate every supplier behind the package so you do not chase each one separately.
Our project managers read architectural and design drawings and pass your requirements to the factory accurately. You get written confirmation at each key stage, and a reply to every enquiry.
